Chocolate Spelt Pasta Dough
220 g spelt flour
46 g cocoa
23 g icing sugar
3 eggs, bashed around a bit
seeds from 1 vanilla pod

combine flour, cocoa and icing sugar
sift into largeish bowl
make well in centre of flour
add one egg
mix together with left hand
add vanilla seeds
add another egg
mix together with left hand
add another egg
mix together with left hand
cover, put in fridge
rest for 2 hours

get out pasta machine...
