In an update from yesterday, I wroteI'm amazed - other than checking urgent work related emails I didn't do online stuff for a whole week. That's a personal best.. Well, that's not 100% accuate: I broke one of my cardinal rules of email: don't respond to an email when annoyed or angry. I was annoyed and responded. Immediately. Ick, egad and all that. Last night I wrote and email and apology - it is either accepted or not.
