Dear ~,Many think of Winter as a cold, gloomy time of the year. I prefer to think of Winter as a cosy night in front of the fire or as a brisk morning walk complete with overcoat and beanie!
However you look at it, Winter can often be the time when we attract the odd cold. Here are some handy tips to help you be happy, healthy and positive this Winter.
Now that I'm back in Darwin that message from my health insurer is somewhat superfluous.
I'm glad about that.
